One of the defining principles of Ross, Johnson & Associates is supporting the community in which we live and work.
Kim is currently a mentor for students enrolled in the Eric Douglas Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies Faculty of Management at Royal Roads University.
He has also done pro bono work for the Kyuquot Checleseht First Nations to assist them in operating their aquaculture business through a corporate entity.
Involved in the community, Kim and his family are active members of St. Patrick's Parish.
Kim provides pro bono work to various organizations his children are involved in including track & field, rowing, and baseball such as preparing and notarizing forms for travel out of country, keeping track of finances, running meetings, taking minutes, and so forth. Kim and his family are especially proud of the Oak Bay girls 4 x 400m relay team, anchored by his daughter whose team won the 2009 BC High School Championship in a nail-biter finish. Watch the You Tube video of the race below - especially the last 400m of the race featuring Kim's daughter who ran the anchor leg for the winning team!
