Welcome to the website of Kim E. Johnson of Ross, Johnson & Associates. Kim E. Johnson and Lindsay Ross formed Ross Johnson & Associates in 2000 after practicing together at another major Victoria law firm and prior to that practicing with major inter-provincial law firms. Ross, Johnson & Associates occupies the top floor of 888 Fort Street in Victoria, British Columbia.
Kim E. Johnson's client base is diverse and includes individuals, private companies, trusts, limited partnerships and from time to time publicly traded entities. While based in Victoria, Kim has done considerable work in the Okanagan and in other jurisdictions including Nevada and Mexico. Several of Kim's clients have patents registered in China, do business with companies in China or have goods manufactured in China. Kim works closely with other lawyers having expertise in related fields (e.g. patent law), accountants and other members of the financial community.
